3. Will I be alone in the treatment room after taking Oral Conscious Sedation medication?
No, while you are gently falling asleep one of our highly trained and qualified team members will be by your side. Throughout your entire procedure we will monitor you for your comfort and your safety.
4. Will I remember my Oral Conscious Sedation appointment?

We'll arrange, ahead of time, for a family member or friend to bring you to your appointment and take you home. You will snooze the afternoon away wake up feeling just fine.
6. How safe is Sedation Dentistry?
Dr. Buzza has been a Sedation Dentist for over a decade.He was the first dentist in Northern California to provide the service. Before starting any treatment, Dr. Buzza will review your medical history. If there are medical considerations he will work closely with your physician. Although not required, Dr. Buzza uses state of the are monitoring equipment to monitor you very closely during your conscious sedation appointment.
7. What medication will be used for my Sedation Dentistry appointment?
The most commonly used Oral Conscious Sedation medication is called Triazolam. It is extremely safe and is prescribed millions of time each year for patients with sleep disorders. In addition there are a number of modern anxiety reducing medications, with a high degree of effect and margin of safety, each suited to your individual needs.
